Fulfilment Updates
Dice Have Arrived!
The Liquid Core d20s have arrived at our distribution hubs and orders that contain them can begin being fulfilled. We appreciate your patience with these delays, and are excited for you to get your rewards.
CANADIAN ORDERS
The postal strike has ended and so Canadian backers should be receiving their rewards via Canada Post once we start shipping. Fulfillment for Canadian orders will commence once the remaining US orders are complete. We expect shipping to begin by the time our January update is published, so around mid - January.
North America 85% Complete
The last of the (non-Canadian) North American orders are shipping out this week! Any rewards that included the Liquid Core dice will be going out with this last wave. We appreciate your patience and hope you are enjoying your rewards.
UK/EU Waves 75% Complete
The UK/EU Hub has received more inventory of the dice, and will begin fulfilling the remaining orders shortly. All orders that did not include the dice have been sent out, so keep an eye out for shipping and tracking details.
Australia/NZ Waves 75% Complete
As above, our AUS/NZ hub has been waiting to receive more dice, and now that they have them they can complete the rest of those orders. Thank you for your patience!
Rest of World 45% Complete
Dice have arrived at our ROW hub, and they will be able to start those orders as well.

Thief of Fate Stretch Goal Update
The final stretch goal, the Thief of Fate Adventure PDF, has been fully written and edited, but still needs a little little more time with our designer to get it looking polished. We expect to be distributing the PDF of this adventure by Mid-January. We know you're looking forward to this last stretch goal, and appreciate your patience!

Reminder: Incomplete Surveys (Over 200!)
There are still a good number of incomplete surveys. For those who have not yet completed their surveys, we will have to delay shipping your rewards until your it is completed.

Reminder: Failed Payments (Over 400!)
There are a number of backers whose cards are unable to be charged, either the information is incorrect or the payment has failed. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship rewards to these backers until their payment issue is resolved.
We periodically retry cards, and if you update your card information your card will be retried immediately. If you are expecting rewards but haven't received them yet, please make sure your payment information is up to date.
We will be monitoring pledges until the campaign is closed on March 31, 2025, after which you will need to reach out us directly for any changes to surveys or payment information.

As 2024 comes to an end and we start to look toward 2025, the team at Hit Point Press is going to take a break for the holidays. We will be away from December 20th through January 1st, 2025. We'll be back in office on January 2nd!

November Update: Fulfilment News + Dice Delays

Manufacturing Updates
DICE DELAYS
We were expecting to have the Liquid Core D20s completed and shipped to our distribution hubs by the end of November, we are paying for air shipping costs to make sure they get to us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has informed us that the dice will not be ready to ship to hubs until December 7th. With this timeline, orders that include the liquid core die will not ship to backers until December 14th. We are doing everything we can to expedite this process, and hope to get orders that include dice to you before the end of the year.
Fulfilment Updates
ORDERS MISSING ADD-ONS
As orders were beginning to ship, we learned that some orders in every wave and region were exported without including their add-ons, and some of the early waves were shipped without those add-ons included. We have caught the issue early and found a resolution for it, but it does mean that there will be minor delays as those orders are updated and shipped. If you are one of the people affected by this who will be receiving multiple packages, we will be reaching out to you via email shortly. We want to make sure you get all of your rewards, and we appreciate your patience.
If you have already received some of your rewards but were missing add-ons, we are aware of this and will be shipping you the missing add-ons as a separate shipment.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Due to a miscommunication with our distribution hub, we were not aware that they will be holding off on completing all Canadian orders until after the US and Mexico orders were finished. We apologize to all our Canadian backers who are waiting for their orders and have not received anything yet. As soon as all the US orders are in the mail, Canadian orders will be packed up and shipped to a separate Canadian distribution hub, and rewards should start shipping to Canadian backers before the end of the year. We appreciate that this is frustrating, and thank you for your patience.
Concerning the postal strike: we are aware of the strike and are working with our fulfilment center to make sure we have the latest updates about delays. If there are delays caused by the strike, we will inform you as soon as we know.
North America 35% Complete
By the end of this week, all non-Canadian orders in North American Waves 1 through 6 will have left the fulfilment warehouse and will be heading your way. If you are in these waves, you should be receiving a tracking number for your rewards by end of day today or tomorrow.

The orders for these regions had to be re-exported because of the issue with the missing add-ons, and so there have been some delays on these orders from shipping. The orders are being prepped, and should be shipping to backers by the second week of December.

October Update: Fulfilment Waves and BackerKit Clarification

BackerKit Order Status (Marked as fulfilled) Clarification
There has been some confusion we'd like to clear up concerning the status of your orders in BackerKit. As part of the fulfilment process, and to avoid duplicate orders, as soon as a wave is exported and sent to a distribution hub, we mark all orders in that wave to 'fulfilled' in BackerKit. This does two things: it makes sure those orders do not show up in any other waves (preventing duplicate orders) and it helps paint a clearer picture to us of which orders still need attention - for example those missing addresses, payment information etc.
The side effect of this process is that orders switched to "fulfilled" will be shown as Shipped when you log into your BackerKit. This is standard procedure, and means that your order has been queued up to be shipped out from your regions hub. There is often a delay between when your order is set to Shipped on BackerKit and when you receive an email with your tracking information. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Incomplete Surveys (Over 750!)
We are still dealing with a large number of incomplete surveys, that are missing addresses or payment details. Unfortunately without payment information we cannot properly charge your card, and we will have to delay shipping your rewards until its resolved.

Large Liquid Core D20
We have approved the pre-production of the Liquid Core D20 and it has entered mass production! We're going to keep a close eye on this and make sure that it moves along as quickly as possible.
Everything Else!
The rewards are all at the warehouses! We are in the process of exporting fulfilment waves from Backer Kit while the distribution hubs organize and count the stock. Because we want to make sure that everyone gets their rewards, we've been prioritizing making sure that the error with the Shipping and Taxes has been resolved.

August Update: Charging Shipping and Taxes + Freight Updates

Manufacturing and Freight Updates
Large Liquid Core D20
There have been some delays in the production of the Liquid Core die, we are waiting on a final pre-production copy for approval after which we will be pushing it directly into mass production. Orders that include this die will have slightly delayed fulfillment timelines.
Everything Else!
The remaining products are in freight, arriving into ports and on track for arriving at our warehouses by mid-August, as planned- which should hopefully be by the end of this week or next. Fulfilment sprints are being exported from BackerKit as we speak, to make sure that the fulfilment centers have everything they need to start fulfilling your rewards as soon as the product arrives.

Charging Cards for Shipping and Taxes
On Thursday, August 15th we will be charging cards for the remaining balance of shipping and taxes that were not charged at the time of our last update. To check your shipping and tax details on BackerKit, head here: https://fablemakers-domt.backerkit.com/
Lets do a quick FAQ here to clear up any remaining confusion:
I only backed for digital content, will I be charged anything?
Nope, You're good to go! You can find all available digital content via your BackerKit account.
I backed for physical rewards during the Kickstarter but did not add any add-ons to my pledge in BackerKit after the KS was over. What will I be charged?
You will be charged only for shipping and any applicable taxes required to get you your rewards. You'll have 48 hours to review those charges and update your payment method if need be. You should not have been charged twice for the rewards you paid for directly on Kickstarter; if you were charged something in error, please reach out to [email protected] and we will get that sorted.
What will I be charged if I changed my pledge or added add-ons to my pledge in BackerKit after the Kickstarter ended?
When we charge your card on August 14th, this will be for the cost of shipping and any applicable taxes. To those who had selected add-ons to their pledge in Backerkit and were mistakenly charged for these after our last update, you will now only be charged for the cost of shipping and taxes. You will not be charged a second time for these add-ons. You will have 48 hours to review the shipping and tax charges, and to update your payment method if necessary.
