99% Complete!
We're nearing the end of the final orders, and are excited to announce that the project is now 99% fulfilled! Thank you to everyone who has supported Fablemaker's Deck of Many Things, and for your patience with us as we've pushed this project along.
UK and ROW Orders
All UK/EU orders from the original waves have now shipped out, along with the ROW orders from the missing waves. Thank you for your patience as we wrapped this up!
All Regions: Remaining Waves/Straggler Orders
North America and ROW: Orders that were completed after the original waves were sent out have now been fulfilled in these regions.
EU/UK and AUS: Those in remaining waves and straggler orders are still in progress. We've recently changed distribution hubs and are working to resolve some hurdles related to this.
What's Next for this Project?
- Fulfilling a small wave of backers who recently submitted their surveys
- Fulfilling any outstanding orders that are completed between now and May 5th
- Closing BackerKit down on May 5th
Closing BackerKit: Monday May 5th, 2025
Recently Completed Surveys: There are 9 backers who have recently completed their surveys. We will be pushing these orders out within the next two weeks from their local distribution hubs.
Outstanding orders that are completed by May 5th: Any Backerkit order that is "completed" (i.e. survey is filled out and outstanding balances are settled) by Monday May 5th will be shipped out from a local fulfillment centre in its region.
Outstanding orders that are completed after May 5th: If you didn't complete your Backerkit order by this date, please reach out to [email protected] so we can recover your pledge and do our best to ship this out.
Although we were able to ship from local hubs in UK/EU, AUS/NZ, and ROW during the main campaign,all remaining rewards after May 5th will be fulfilled from our USA distribution hub. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee VAT friendly shipping for these remaining shipments.
Kickstarter Updates
We will be continuing to post updates here on a quarterly basis to update you all on progress on the final stretch goal: The Fablemaker's Deck of Many Things implementation on Alchemy. We'll post here with instructions on how to get your code as soon as it's completed!

March 2025 Update: 95% Complete Shipping + UK/EU Shipping Updates

95% Complete!
We're nearing the end on the final surveys and are excited to announce that we're 95% complete with fulfilling the project. Thank you to everyone who has supported Fablemaker's Deck of Many Things and have been patient as we've pushed this project along.
UK and ROW Orders
Our UK/EU hub, GamesQuest, received the missing stock they needed to finish waves 3-6 and those orders are shipping now! You should be receiving shipping notifications and tracking numbers in your inboxes soon.
Wave 1 - Foil Deluxe Deck Only SHIPPED!

Our ROW Hub, VFI, was also missing some stock - but we've resolved that issue as well. The final orders in the ROW wave will be shipping over the next two weeks.
Straggling Orders
There are currently 99 orders on backerkit ready to ship, all of which are from backers who were late filling out their surveys, or had issues with their payments that have now been resolved. We are processing as many of these straggler orders as possible so we can ship them all at once. North American and ROW straggler orders will be shipped from our North American hub, and UK/EU and AUS straggler orders will be shipped from their associated hubs.
We want to collect as many straggling orders as we can before we send the shipping details to the hubs, so if you have not finished your survey, updated your payment and so on, please do so as soon as possible so that your rewards are included in these last waves!
Orders Missing Rewards in AUS regions
As we are working with a new hub in AUS, we're waiting to hear back from our fulfillment centre to confirm some details, and we'll post a pinned comment when we have next steps available for getting missing rewards shipped.

We were originally intending to close down the BackerKit at the end of March, but due to the delays with the UK/EU waves, we are moving this closure til the end of April instead. We will have more details about closing the BackerKit in our April update.

Fulfilment Updates
UK/EU Fulfilment
We want to offer our apologies to the backers in the UK/EU region - due to severe lack of communication from our distribution hub over the holiday, as well as several miscommunications about what they required from us, all of the UK/EU waves were delayed and have only begun to leave the UK/EU hub.
We have finally been able to resolve all the issues with the UK/EU hub, and rewards are being sent out. Here's where the waves are at:
Wave 1 - Foil Deluxe Deck Only PREPARING TO SHIP

Wave 3 - 300$+ Prepping to Ship MID MARCH
Wave 4 - 0-99$+ Prepping to Ship MID MARCH

The UK/EU hub was missing stock for Waves 3-6 which we weren't informed of right away, and also contributed to the delay. The missing stock is being sent by air freight to them and should arrive in the next two weeks so they can begin fulfilling orders.
In the end, it is our responsibility to get these orders out on time, and to convey accurate information to you all. We apologize for the miscommunication and thank you all for your patience while we got it resolved.
We will no longer be working with this UK/EU distribution hub moving forward, and have selected a new fulfillment centre that we're confident in for future projects. Rest assured this transition will not have an impact on any timelines surrounding this project.
Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders from the original waves have been shipped out, from Pick and Pack Logistics. Some backers have found their confirmation emails going to their spam folders, so be sure to check those folders for your notifications.

January Update: Fulfilment Updates + Final Stretch Goal PDF + Winding Down

Fulfilment Updates
North America 90% Complete
The final Waves 9 and 10 of the US orders are leaving the warehouse this week, and Canadian orders will be out by the mid-February. North America is in the home stretch!
UK/EU Waves 85% Complete
Our UK hub has discovered a shortage of a few rewards that is causing some delays on the last few orders to go out. We're working with the distribution center to get them the stock they are missing so those last orders can be fulfilled. Thanks for your patience while we sort this out.
Australia/NZ Waves 85% Complete
Orders that included dice are being prepped and shipped, and should be heading to backers soon.
Rest of World 65% Complete
Orders are heading out from the ROW hub, now that they have the dice stock they were missing. The ROW hub ships orders out to smaller hubs to fulfil, so this can take a little longer to fulfil. Thanks for your patience.

Outstanding Orders
At the time that the core fulfilment waves were collected and sent to our fulfilment hubs there were still numerous backers who had not filled out their address, or whose payment information was incomplete. Since then, we have been retrying and updating these remaining orders to get them ready to ship. Now that the core waves and Canadian orders are on their way out the door, we're going through these outstanding orders in order to get them fulfilled.
North American and Rest Of World Outstanding Orders
Outstanding orders in the North America and ROW regions will be fulfilled by Whalebacker. They have an export of these orders, and will be working to fulfil them over the next two or three weeks.
UK/EU and Australia Outstanding Orders
These regions are currently being assessed, we are determining if our UK and AUS hubs have enough stock to fulfil these additional orders. If they don't have the stock to fulfil further orders, we'll have to either send stock or fulfill it from our hub in North America, whatever is most cost effective. We will update the status of these orders in February's update.
Closing the Kickstarter in March
With the Kickstarter approaching 99% fulfilled, we are preparing to wind down this Kickstarter page. After the final update in March, we will no longer be posting updates, and we will not be actively monitoring comments and messages here. After the March update, if you have questions or have issues with your survey or rewards, you will have to reach out to us directly at [email protected]
Until March, we will continue to actively charge failed cards and try to move through as many straggling orders as we can. If you are expecting rewards but have not received anything, please check your emails for updates from BackerKit - make sure your survey is complete and your payment and shipping information is correct or we cannot send you your rewards.
